The Acoustic Research AW721 wireless stereo headphones feature the company’s patented 900 MHz wireless technology, which transmits signals through walls, floors, and ceilings at distances of up to 300 feet. The transmitter sits inside or outside the house, and no line of sight is required between the headphones and the transmitter, giving wearers the freedom to move around. The transmitter comes with RCA-type line-level audio inputs with universal adapters, letting listeners connect to TVs, DVD players, AV receivers, mini systems, VCRs, PVRs, MP3 players, portable CD and DVD players, and computers. Additional features include 32 mm driver elements for quality sound, an RF noise reduction system that helps reduce interference, a self-adjusting headband, and a cushioned ear cup design that ensures privacy and a comfortable fit. The transmitter doubles as a charging base, and also includes a channel select switch so users can operate more than one 900 MHz product within the same area. The headphones come with rechargeable Ni-MH batteries.
